I’ve been a fan of this white blend long before I learned that the home of the Chasselas grape is Switzerland. Introducing that grape to this B.C. wine was a stroke of genius. While I may have known nothing about Chasselas I love how it compliments the Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. This is a well balanced and aromatic white that is full of flavour. Fresh and juicy with apples and lemon to savour. There’s much to enjoy here whether you’re looking for an after work sipper or to pair with your favourite summer salad or seafood. I bet you won’t stop at just one glass.
